12 tygodni przed
To moment na rozpoczęcie regularnej pielęgnacji i ewentualne zabiegi u kosmetyczki. Jeśli planujesz coś nowego, na przykład peelingi czy mezoterapię, rób to teraz, a nie tuż przed ślubem. Skóra potrzebuje czasu, żeby się uspokoić.
Nawilżenie to podstawa
Nawodniona skóra to najważniejsza rzecz dla trwałego makijażu. Podkład układa się równo, nie podkreśla suchych miejsc i nie spływa. Pij wodę, używaj kremu nawilżającego rano i wieczorem oraz serum z kwasem hialuronowym.
Czego unikać tuż przed ślubem
Na kilka dni przed ślubem odstaw nowe kosmetyki i zabiegi, które mogą podrażnić cerę. To nie czas na eksperymenty. Unikaj też intensywnego opalania, bo zmienia kolor skóry i utrudnia dobór podkładu.

Hydrated skin is the single most important thing for long-lasting makeup. Foundation sits evenly, does not cling to dry patches and does not slide off. Drink water, use a moisturiser morning and night, and a hyaluronic acid serum.
What to avoid right before
In the days before the wedding, stop using new products and treatments that could irritate your skin. This is not the time to experiment. Also avoid intense tanning, as it changes your skin tone and makes matching foundation harder.
On the wedding day
Come to your makeup with a clean, moisturised face and no make-up. I will take care of the rest: skin prep, product selection and a finish that lasts all day.
